See MyPetSitter in action

A pet-care business on the computer and on the phone at once, chapter by chapter: the day, your clients’ own app, your team’s, compliance and DEFRA, getting paid, the books — and more.

Run the day

The owner’s office and the walker’s phone, the calendar, birthdays and days off.

The Calendar for September 2026 — “23 bookings across 14 days this month” — on the Boarding tab, with 7 Daycare, 15 Boarding and 1 Meet & Greet: Bonnie’s meet & greet on Tuesday 15th, Bramble and Matilda boarding from Thursday 17th, Matilda on the 19th and 20th, Bonnie and Matilda from Wednesday 23rd, and daycare days for Matilda (15:00–18:00) and Bramble (6:00–8:00) on the 21st and 22nd.
A client’s My Bookings on a phone for October: an Add New Booking button, My Bookings and Repeat Bookings, then Wednesday 21 October 2026, daycare 6:00–20:00, £30.00, confirmed; Monday 26 October, a 1 Hour Group Walk at 10:00, £16.00, confirmed; Tuesday 27 October, daycare 6:00–20:00, £30.00, confirmed — and a total for October of £76.00.

Your clients’ app

Pet owners book, sign their forms and follow their dog’s day from their own portal.

Your team

Each walker has their own app: their day, their pay, their messages and ETAs.

Compliance & DEFRA

Every record a licence inspection asks for, kept as you work — and one report when it does.

Get paid

Invoices and deposits your clients pay by card.

The books

Making Tax Digital from your bookings, and Gaia to read the receipts.

More

Your numbers, your website and Pupdates.

What you are looking at

Real screens, not mock-ups

Every picture on this page is a screenshot of the app as it runs today, captured on 26 October 2026.

A test business, not a customer

They come from a copy of our own test business, shown as Quillmoor Pet Care — its owner, its walkers and its clients have invented names, and their addresses, phone numbers and emails are invented too — so no real person’s details are shown. The receipt Gaia reads is a sample.

On a computer and on a phone

Owners work from a computer or the installed app; walkers and clients mostly from their phones. It is the same app on each — and the books are shared with MyPetBooks, our books app, where Gaia reads receipts.
